Hey, just found an interesting bowling swing video for you guys to check out, so here it is.
The video is from My Bowling Coach, a great bowling instruction/lesson site. Another interesting thing i found on their site that i liked, is they show a free introductory video for 3 level of bowlers. What I mean by that is they show you a video, and what to improve on, based on your bowling average. There are 3 categories: Under 160, 161-190, and 190+. So they cater to beginners as well as experienced players.
